Our Stepup Coaching Series® offers the advantage of individual coaching combined with group sessions to provide a cost-effective way to introduce or enhance core leadership and management skills to newly promoted first-time managers and managers with under three years of management experience.

Stepup Coaching Series® programs are designed to aid these managers through transition from sales or line positions. Issues addressed can include, but are not limited to:
