One-on-One Executive Coaching
One-on-One Executive Coaching Programs are completely customized to address specific needs of both the organization and the individual. The various programs are designed to aid in identifying these needs and then introducing or enhancing core leadership, management and interpersonal competencies that include providing direction; coaching and mentoring; employee assessment and development strategies; clear communication and framing of strategy and message; political navigation; managing-up and peer relationships.
Our programs also provide a mechanism for the executive to identify interpersonal skills and behaviors that can interfere with effective leadership and management, along with stimulating increasingly debilitating stresses that can reduce effectiveness and lead to derailment.
Specific program formats have been developed including Presidential, C-level, and Vice Presidential oriented coaching along with Executive Development programs designed for new members of the executive management team.
