Overview
Leadership Development Small Group Programs are limited to groups of six to ten individuals. These programs focus on the core competencies of leadership: that include delegation, inter-personal skills, strategic focus, and vision. The proficient use of these competencies is necessary for success for both the individual and the organization as a whole.
Change Management Programs are customized to focus on setting the stage for changes in strategy, operations, and profound changes in individual and team functions and responsibilities.
Laying the Groundwork: This program sets the stage for change through a kick-off group program designed to maximize organizational development and change management efforts from the start. This program can be presented in a group-only format or as a combination group presentation with individual coaching follow-up sessions.
Attaining Buy-In: A program designed to complement the design phase and immediate post-decision phases of organizational redesign and change.
Pathway to Successful Change: A program designed to complement and/or enhance efforts to achieve buy-in for the changes that are to be implemented. This program includes short group sessions coupled with personalization through individual coaching sessions. The areas addressed within this program include, among others, lack of buy-in, personal and collective uneasiness, helplessness and fear, outright objections and stonewalling.
